How an engagement runs

From first visit to verified fix

Every engagement follows the same path, so you know what you will receive and when.

Step 1

Scope

We agree on sites, hazards of concern and the deliverables you want.

Step 2

Visit

On-site observation and conversation with the people doing the work.

Step 3

Report

An executive summary, trends and prioritized recommendations, each with an owner and a due date.

Step 4

Verify

We confirm corrective actions are in place and working.

Pricing & personalization

Scope and cost built around your work

No two operations need the same support. We agree on deliverables and a schedule first, then quote the work.

Project-based

A defined deliverable such as an audit, a program rewrite or a training session, with a fixed scope.

Periodic visits

Scheduled site visits on a rhythm that suits your operation, each ending in a written report.

Remote support

Document review and coaching by phone or video between visits.

Insured and documented

Commercial general liability and professional liability coverage, with certificates of insurance available on request, and a written scope for every engagement.
